Pressure washing a block-paved driveway outside a Devon home, revealing clean paving through green algae
Pressure washing · Devon

Pressure washing for driveways, patios and decking.

Driveways, patios and decking — surface-matched pressure and chemistry. We use the right tool per surface; we never over-wash natural stone or paving joints.

Scope of a typical pressure washing job.

No vague promises — here's what actually happens on site. Every item baked into the price, nothing itemised later.

What a washed drive gets back.

Block paving fades slowly. A green-grey algae film settles across the surface, the kiln-dried sand in the joints darkens, and moss works its way into the gaps until the whole drive reads one flat, dull colour instead of the buff and charcoal it was laid in.

Surface-matched pressure lifts the film without stripping the blocks or blowing the joints out, and the original colour comes back rather than being covered up. Drag the slider to see the same drive before and after.

Common questions about pressure washing.

Can't see yours? Call 01647 279 079 — happy to chat it through.

Will pressure washing damage my paving?
Not if the right pressure and nozzle are used. We match tool to substrate and will refuse to jet anything that shouldn't be jetted.
Do I need to re-sand the joints afterwards?
Block paving usually yes — we include fresh kiln-dried sand as an optional extra. Natural stone patios typically don't.
Can you clean timber and composite decking?
Yes — softwood decking, composite boards and treated pine all need their own pressure and chemistry. We'll trial a patch first if you're unsure.
